This website is a joke. Aside from an e-mail address you may use to contact the customer support and a couple of samples that may or may not have been written by the service’s employees, there is nothing. The site itself looks like a half-hearted attempt of a high school student at web-design. For example, the menu here is a constantly moving and clicking flash animation that takes about six seconds to play and get to actually showing you the options. Every time you open a page. It wouldn’t have been such an atrociously poor decision if only every page contained more than maybe three lines of text.
TheAssignmentHelp belongs to the lower cost segment of writing assistance market. The price per page ranges from about $15 to about $30 for all kinds of assignments. There is a possibility that the price will turn out to be slightly higher or lower than that – every assignment is evaluated by the site’s employees separately. The most important factor in defining the overall price isn’t even academic level, but the complexity of the task.
Customer support is about all that this site has, and the only way to get to them is via e-mail, which can hardly be called convenient. However, the support team itself functions surprisingly well: after you send them a message it usually takes them no more than a couple of minutes to answer you. All in all, I tend to think that the reason why it is done in such an inconvenient way is because the service lacks funds to organize a proper chat.
Quality of writing:
There is a number of samples on the website, which supposedly have been written by service’s employees. Although there is no way to check that, one can check the texts themselves. They are obviously written by different people, and it is clear that not all of them are very good at what they are doing: while some texts are generally well-written, the others are rife with mistakes, misprints and weird turns of phrase.
- Depending on what payment method you choose you have to pay transaction charges (3.95% or 5%);
- You can only communicate with the writer via customer support, which is done by means of e-mail. Not a very responsive system;
- Discounts for return clients and for large orders;
- Free revisions if you don’t change your requirements;
- No refunds;
- American and British writers are available.
While the prices offered by this service look tempting, the design and some other factors, such as absence of refunds, look suspicious at the very least. Customer support, however, works fine, which means that there is some hope for this service.
