Another website belonging to TheHomeworkHelp network, this time even less functional than they usually are. The website itself is almost completely empty: there is a little bit of filler text, several dozens of links to other websites of the network, a declaration of its specialization (algebra, mathematics and other exact sciences, naturally) and a couple of essay samples which, weirdly enough, have little or nothing to do with this specialization. No price calculator, no information on the agency’s policy – only an invitation to address all your questions to the customer support.
Prices are usual for this network, which is hardly surprising, and tend to be lower than average – about $15/page for assignments to be done in 7-10 days, with the price growing higher the less time you give and the higher the academic level of the assignment. However, in case you place an order the price may differ, and sometimes wildly, because it is calculated individually for each order and only the service’s employees know on what they base their judgment, and they ignore all the questions concerning it.
The service suggests that you contact customer support if you need any information. Unfortunately, the only way to do it is to send them an e-mail (by the way, it is also the only way to place an order – to write them all the details of your assignment, wait for them to answer and tell you how much you are supposed to pay and which way to transfer the fee), which is hardly a quick and convenient way of communication, especially if you need the information right now. Mostly they react rather quickly, in a matter of hours, but for a line of business that is as time-oriented as a writing agency it is rather untoward.
Quality of writing:
The text ordered from TheAlgebraHomeworkHelp was delivered on time and contained everything I asked: correct number of pages and sources, formatting, language style. Sentence structure and wording were a little bit weird from time to time, but it is not all that important when you deal with exact sciences.
- No refunds – if the service doesn’t deliver your order, you get a credit you can use later;
- Discounts for larger orders and for return clients;
- 4% extra payment for transaction fees;
- Free revisions until you are satisfied.
TheAlgebraHomeworkHelp combines a little bit better-than-average quality of writing with affordable prices and atrociously inconvenient support and ordering systems. The website is nothing more than a façade providing almost no information, and its creators clearly didn’t go out of their way to make dealing with them easy and comfortable.
