When it comes to usability and design, you cannot mark PureAssignments any higher than mediocre. Yes, there is a rather sleek price calculator, and the design as such is pleasing. But at the same time there are unbelievable amounts of filler text, terms and conditions and similar sections are rather masterfully hidden, and the overall quality of language on the website is so poor that it is often impossible to figure out what is meant by this or that phrase. And what’s the use of FAQ if you cannot understand either the question or the answer?
Quite affordable. For example, essays start at $12.99 per page and only get as high as $26.98 per page, showing a rather modest gap between the cheapest and the most expensive variants. Only two factors define the overall price: the deadline, which varies from 10 days to 24 hours (take notice that the service won’t accept more urgent orders) and something called quality level, which can be Standard or Premium. Judging by rather negligible difference in price (mere two dollars) the latter factor probably isn’t very important.
Customer support is said to be available round the clock via live chat, phone and e-mail. However, no matter how unpleasant it is to say so, this statement is not true: I am unsure whether the chat exists at all, as it always redirects you to a query form which asks an e-mail and phone number to contact you later, and other forms of communication didn’t work whenever I tried to contact them for almost three days. It would seem that I was more interested in dealing with them than they were interested in me as a client.
Quality of writing:
The service doesn’t provide even token samples of its employees’ work. I haven’t been able to check the quality of its writing so far.

It is just yet another of your average, run-of-the-mill writing services, in some respects better, in other – worse than most. Prices are rather appealing, but most of the website is either useless or unintelligible, and the customer support is hard to get to. Make your choice, but I haven’t found the prospect of ordering something from them all too promising.
