There is something quite annoying about CraftMyEssay.com. At first it looks decent, having passable if generic design. However, once you start digging deeper, this positive impression is immediately dissolved. The site is nothing but page after page of filler text. Customer support operators start answering your questions sprightly only to come to a grinding halt the moment you ask a question that is in any way unconventional. There is a price list, but to see how much you will have to pay for a particular order you have to register, and to do so you have to give your full name, phone number and email. In other words, it is yet another writing service that does its best to put customers off before they even start dealing with them.
UKWritingExperts.co.uk looks pretty well: nice website, more or less modern design, carefully written company policies, many methods of contacting the company, physical address you can contact them at – all this adds credibility. However, this beauty is but skin deep – the website is very slow to load, customer support is twiddling their collective thumbs. Prices are mostly nice, however.
Let’s be honest – it is hard to trust a writing service that gives you no guarantee as to the quality of its work. After you’ve given them your money, you have no power over the outcome whatsoever – they may write a good essay, or a bad essay, or nothing at all. You will not receive your money back – the most you can get from them is a credit for a future order which, of course, you are not going to use – what’s the use of ordering from a service that wasn’t able to complete the job in the first place? I am not saying that it’s what they do every time; I only mean that ordering from a service without guarantees is a poor decision.
One thing can be said about this service – they certainly don’t overuse advertising. In fact, they say almost nothing about their agency at all, and the necessary information has to be prized out of the support. It is hard to understand why one would want to place an order with a service so obviously disinterested in getting one, but if you try you will find a couple more unpleasant surprises: there is no money back policy, a hidden transaction charge is added to your required payment, you cannot register… All in all, the service doesn’t look like it is going to stick around long.
In general this service is not very imposing. A useless empty website, no way to register, no way to contact the writer directly, no way to get a refund… all these things make the agency look horribly temporary, as if it is ready to get all its things and vanish any moment. Not a very reassuring feeling when you deal with someone who takes your money and offers to handle an important job for you.
This service is better described from the point of view of what it doesn’t have: a decent website, good examples of writing, customer interface, real-time support system, refunds… The only positive feature is affordable pricing. And I doubt it is all that good, all things considered.
An extremely generic writing service, with the only exception of being British. As a result it may boast of having somewhat higher than general prices and a strange point in its order form, saying that although they are an American company they have British writers as well. Seems like somebody forgot to correct something when copy/pasting parts of the design from another place. Otherwise, however, the site produces a rather pleasant impression, with the exception of its customer support, which mostly behaves rather unprofessionally – they tend to disappear mid-conversation without answering all your questions (if answering them at all).
Firstly, it was impossible to place an order since customer support ignored my mail. In addition to that, thecustomessay.com simply looks extremely untrustworthy. No registration, very little information about the service itself, suspiciously low prices, the site that hasn’t been updated since 2009 and general feeling of cheapness about the entire affair – if a business doesn’t care about the impression it makes, why bother dealing with it? Presumably low prices are the only selling point here, but drawbacks outweigh it by far.
