20 percent off the first order

Website usability:The website is poorly designed, with a number of obvious layout mistakes (text getting in the way of graphics, elements poorly aligned, etc.). Texts are of below-average quality and are obviously written by non-native speakers. You still can understand what they are saying, but the way they say it is often notably un-English, which doesn’t add to the service’s trustworthiness. The order form is poorly designed, with no easy way to compare prices between assignments of different types and with different deadlines.
Prices:Due to poorly-made order system and the lack of pricelist it is hard to figure out the exact price range of this service, but the cost of one page seem to start at $10 and rises to $45 (without taking discounts into account). The main factors influencing the price of an order are the academic level of the task and how close its deadline is. Different types of papers seem to have their own price ranges that may be higher or lower than these averages.
Customer support:Available via email, chat and phone. The website claims that operators are available around the clock, but it isn’t true – most of the time you are simply asked to leave your message to receive a reply later on, irrespectively of the communication method you choose.
Quality of writing:There are no samples, and the only way to judge the quality of writing is by reading the texts on the website proper. They fail to impress – grammar is questionable, choice of words is even more so, and there are plenty of sentence structures that obviously originate from languages other than English.
- 20 percent discount off the first order;
- If you are not satisfied with your paper, you can request a revision and receive it for free. Take into account, though, that you shouldn’t add any requirements that weren’t present in the original order, or the assignment will be considered to be a new order;
- You can get a full or partial refund if you cancel your order, depending on the amount of work already done by the author.
