Website usability:

Website seems to have been started in 2011, and it looks as if it remained unchanged ever since. Design is shoddy, order form is inconvenient, information is scattered across the pages without any logic, even the discount offered to first-time customers isn’t consistently repeated: sometimes it is claimed to be 20%, sometimes 25%. In general, it produces an impression of a shabby and dubious place.

Prices:

MyPaperGeek.net claims to be the cheapest writing service in existence, which, however, is far from truth. There are enough places where you can get a page for less than $10 (whether it is a good idea to use them is another matter). In addition to that, when you place an actual order it is impossible to get the advertised price of $10 per page – the minimum is $19/page, rising as high as $45(which is totally common for the industry). The price mainly depends on the urgency, with academic level and assignment type making very little difference.

Customer support:

Customer support is supposed to be available via email, live chat and phone. Live chat appears to be non-functional, as well as some of the emails presented on the website. However, if you write to orders@mypapergeek.com, an operator will answer you almost immediately with careful and detailed answers on all queries.

Quality of writing:

There are no samples on the website; content on pages is quite generic and ranges from passable to depressingly poorly written.

Order peculiarities:

  • 24/7 customer support;
  • Full refunds in case your expectations weren’t met or you find any plagiarism in the paper. However, conditions on which it is done are extremely vague;
  • Free revisions within 30 days of order completion;
  • Website claims that each client gets 20% off his or her first order; according to customer support, at the time being this discount is applied to all orders for all clients, effectively decreasing prices by a fifth.

Total:

All in all, MyPaperGeek.com leaves an extremely bleak impression. Website design is rickety at the very best, valuable information is scattered all over the place and is not always consistent, stated prices do not coincide with the real ones, text sometimes doesn’t fit tables in which it is located, price calculator is extremely inconvenient, some functions of the website don’t work as intended or, indeed, at all. Due to a strange decision to place 20% on all orders, price range is somewhat lower than industry average, but it is hardly a reason to deal with such a suspicious company.
