Website usability:

The developers seem to have dumped most of their budget into a pretentious animated menu which, as these things always are, is extremely annoying and dysfunctional. There are exactly three things on the website that have anything to do with functionality: a table that gives you an impression of pricing policy, an e-mail address and a query page which sends the service an e-mail all the same. The situation doesn’t get better after you place an order – there is no registration and, therefore, no user interface. If you place multiple orders, good luck tracking them all through your mail!


Price per page varies from $15 to $40. However, as far as I understood the explanations of customer support, they rarely are lower than $17 or higher than $35. The matter is, there is no stable fee for this or that kind of writing – the table on the website provides only an approximation, and the sum total in your quote may turn out to be completely different. The reason is simple – there is no automatic processing system, and every order is handled individually by the service’s employees.

Customer support:

There are exactly two methods of communicating with the service: via e-mail and via a query form. The latter sends an e-mail anyway, so there is only one way in effect. Surprisingly, it works rather well – the site states that customer support answers your questions 24/7, and so far it has really been so. The answers themselves are detailed and written by people who know the ins and outs of how their agency works.

Quality of writing:

There are no samples on the website, so I wasn’t able to form any idea as to the actual quality of writing offered by this agency.

Order peculiarities:

  • Clients and writers cannot communicate directly – only through the mediation of the support team;
  • Free revisions are available for 3 months after you receive the assignment, as long as you don’t add any requirements on top of the original ones;
  • No refunds;
  • Discounts are available for orders larger than 50 pages and during summer vacation (from July to September);
  • Plagiarism reports are available for an additional charge. The service used is;
  • American, British and ESL writers are available.


It is hard to form any definite opinion about this agency. On the one hand, site design, the absence of refunds, real-time customer support and even the most basic information about the service on the website simply scream of unprofessionalism. On the other hand, customer support, albeit inconveniently organized, is more competent than many customer care teams I’ve seen so far. Thus, maybe you cannot get refunds here because it is difficult to organize and not because the service thinks their writers are too bad to rely on them.
