The only reason this site exists is to give a visitor an e-mail he can use to contact the service. Why not describe the way your agency works, what its prices are and so on, is beyond me, but apparently the people behind MarketingDissertation think that any potential client will be so overwhelmed by the site design that he will place an order immediately. Speaking seriously, the website is almost empty – if you want to get any information about the service, you have to write an e-mail and send it to the customer support.
Prices generally range from $17 to $30-35 per page. There is no clear-cut price-list from which you can get an idea how much your assignment is going to cost, not even an approximate one. If you want simply to calculate the price you have to send the order details to the support and wait for them to evaluate it. The result seems to be dependent mostly on the proximity of the deadline and the difficulty of the task, defined subjectively by a support operator.
E-mail: customer support is rather good, or as good as it can be expected. They are probably quite used to answering no end of basic questions, the site being devoid of information. Mostly I received answers within an hour or so after sending a question. No other means of communication are available.
Quality of writing:
There are some samples on the website, but it is hard to judge by them, as they all are written on a variety of subjects and their quality level differs wildly as well. One thing one can say is that it is rather alarming that the service was unable to get even a dozen perfectly written texts from its writers.

One thing can be said about this service – they certainly don’t overuse advertising. In fact, they say almost nothing about their agency at all, and the necessary information has to be prized out of the support. It is hard to understand why one would want to place an order with a service so obviously disinterested in getting one, but if you try you will find a couple more unpleasant surprises: there is no money back policy, a hidden transaction charge is added to your required payment, you cannot register… All in all, the service doesn’t look like it is going to stick around long.
