The website is misleading. At a glance it seems that it has some information about the service, but it is an illusion. Most pages are almost empty, the ‘Terms and Conditions’ page contains just several lines of text that generally don’t make any sense. No price-list or price calculator, no customer panel or any kind of user interface or messaging system, no samples of work; only an e-mail that allows you to contact the support, and a link to the payment page.
The service does not only place no kind of price-list on its website, but also seems to have instructed its customer support to be as vague as possible in everything that concerns this topic. The most I managed to get from them is that the price per page may be different and heavily depends on various factors, the most important being the deadline and the type of project. Generally the client is charged about $15/page.
Customer support is only available via e-mail. In addition to simply answering your questions, its members process all the orders, evaluate them, send you quotes and serve as a medium in your communication with the writer. And the good thing is, they seem to be really set on their job. Whenever I contacted them the answer came so fast I almost couldn’t believe I was using e-mail. If anything, it was me who slowed down the process of communication, not them.
Quality of writing:
There are no samples on the website, which means that I wasn’t able to evaluate the writing quality.
- Return clients get discounts. The customer support is vague as to how large they are and how much you are supposed to order before;
- All communications with the service are based on the client’s e-mail ID. There is no registration and no messaging system;
- No refunds are possible. The service instead prides itself in providing any number of free revisions for unlimited period of time and, in case the job isn’t done properly, they are ready to give you credit for your next order;
- You have to pay additional 4% or 6% as transaction charges. Total:
The prices are pleasantly low, the customer support does its best, under the circumstances. However, the absence of registration and internal messaging system, the fact that the payment is processed via some other website, the refusal to provide refunds… All these things look extremely suspicious. Even if the service is legitimate and honest in its work, they certainly don’t try very hard to make the potential clients believe them.
