The website, frankly speaking, is a mess. Numerous buttons scattered across the pages lead to the same places. As for the pages proper, there’re dozens of them, but mostly they contain nothing but filler text, so the site looks large and impressive until you try to read through what is actually written there. Sections like terms and conditions are almost empty and contain mostly irrelevant information. The only good thing is probably the price calculator that works alright.
The criteria determining the price are urgency and academic level. Rates at DissertationMasters are on a cheaper side: starting with $9.50/page for Undergraduate texts to be ready in more than 7 days they get as high as $43/page for Masters level texts to be done in less than 6 hours. When compared to average prices in this line of business it is quite low, and the gap between the cheapest and the most expensive is much smaller than it often is.
The website is outright misleading in this respect. The button on every page states that it is a link to live chat, while in fact it simply leads to an offline query form where you can file your request and wait for the service to get back to you. The support keeps telling me that chat exists and works, but I am yet to see it online. You can also write directly to their e-mail or leave your phone number for them to call you back.
Quality of writing:
There are no samples on the site, so it is impossible to define how good the quality is. However, I wouldn’t be too optimistic about a service that makes grammar mistakes even in its slogan.
- 15% off the first order;
- Installment plans – you may choose this option when ordering dissertations and other large works in order to pay for one chapter at a time as the writer progresses with the work;
- You may ask for a refund – the site has extensive money back policy, described in great detail on the corresponding page;
Free unlimited revisions within 15 days after the initial delivery of the assignment;
- You can ask for a refund within 15-20 days after receiving the order;
- You can choose the writing style of your writer (British, American, ESL, etc.)
This service looks imposing for only about ten seconds after you first encounter it, then the truth breaks through. The live chat is in fact an offline query form (probably online at some moments, but I s never seen it work), the contents are mostly filler text and incomprehensive “special offers”, no samples, support takes ages to react… The one redeeming quality is probably its pricing policy, which is mostly reasonable.
