The site is useless. It mostly contains filler text, the only thing that gives you certain understanding of how the service works is price calculator, which could have been implemented much better.
The prices offered by this service are somewhat weird. On the one hand, they start higher than many other companies – for example, a High School essay due in 2 months costs $16.99 per page. But this price can just as well be called average, because the difference from other academic levels is negligible – a PhD assignment to be done in the same 2 months costs only $20.99, and the highest price the service offers is $35.99. In general, the price depends on the academic level, amount of time and quality level (Premium costs 10% more).
Customer support is available via chat. Although it seems to be available most of the time, the speed with which its operators process your queries leaves much to be desired, either due to the amount of clients they have to deal with or to the fact that they are no very good typists. However, their English is good, which is more than you can say about a lot of other customer support managers, and they know their business.
Quality of writing:
The examples located in the paper blog are rather peculiar – in the sense that one can hardly imagine what this service is hoping to achieve by such pathetic samples. They are not simply bland – they leave the impression of having been written by a not very bright and terribly bored High School student.
- The service uses a system of collecting points which can later be turned into discounts. To get points, you have to share the link to the service with other people. You get points after they place an order and refer to you;
- Free revisions for two weeks after you receive the paper;
- You are eligible for a refund in case the paper is delivered late or the writer didn’t follow your instructions;
- You can contact your order manager or the writer via the site’s interface.
The most suspicious thing about this service is its prices. The difference between the High School assignments and higher academic levels is ridiculously small. One can’t help but think that all the tasks are assigned to the same pool of writers irrespectively of what academic level they belong to. In general, the site could have been done much better. The only bright spot is customer support – this department hires really professional people.
