It is a mystery whom the people behind ComputerHomeworkHelp expect to attract by this website. To say it is bad would be an understatement. Atrocious design which looks like a first attempt of a six-year-old at website-building, complete absence of any information about the service… The entire site is, in fact, a single page which contains an e-mail, link to another site which is supposed to process your payments and a load of links to other sites just like the one in question.
According to the customer support (among other things, the site says nothing about the pricing policy) most assignments cost $15-30 per page. If there is any definite principle according to which the tasks are evaluated, they do not impart this knowledge. The client has no way of finding out the price on his own – he has to describe his assignment to the support first.
The only way to contact them is via e-mail; the site says that a fax number is available upon request, but I can hardly imagine anyone for whom it could be more convenient. The reaction time is never the same: sometimes the answer to your question comes within minutes, sometimes you have to wait for hours, sometimes they don’t answer at all. And because it is e-mail they use, there is also no way of finding out whether your message came through or was eaten up by a spam filter, so you may only wait and hope.
Quality of writing:
There are no samples on the website, which means no possibility to estimate the quality of writing provided here.
- Free revisions until you are satisfied as long as the initial instructions remain unchanged;
- No refunds;
- Writers are said to be native English speakers who all possess PhD or Master’s degrees in their respective fields of knowledge. Judging by the website and the prices, it is highly doubtful;
- Return customers are eligible for discounts;
- UK and US writers are said to be available.
I can hardly imagine a person who would visit this website, look at it and decide that it is a good place to order a piece of writing. Even if one overcomes the initial aversion to the way it looks, the details provided by the customer support don’t make it look better. No refunds. No order system. Dozens of links to other sites which give the same information over and over. Hardly believable claims concerning the kind of people working for the service. Together with all of this, rather low prices don’t look like that good a bargain – more like bait for the unwary.
