The website offers you almost no functionality. There is virtually no information about the service and the conditions on which it works. All you can find are the table with approximate prices, the e-mail and a query form which allows you to ask whether this or that assignment can be done and how much it will cost. That’s all – if you don’t take into account weird noises and colorful menus that take several seconds to load every time you open a new page.
The price per page depends on the degree of urgency and the level of complexity of the task. The latter, however, is not defined based on the academic level – as there is no automatic order form on the site, each order is processed by the service’s employees individually, and they assign the price at their own discretion. Mostly the price falls within $15-$40 per page range, which seems reasonable when compared with some other companies. Some other things are taken into account, like the number of sources, and additional features, but they influence the overall price only negligibly.
For some reasons the creators of this website have severely limited the amount of information presented by the site proper. Ridiculous as it may look, but the only ways to communicate with the service are via e-mail or, upon request, by fax, of all things. The good thing is, they really do answer the queries you send via e-mail (I didn’t go as far as to use fax, so I am not sure how well this works). The answers are quick, detailed and to the point, so you don’t have to ask twice.
Quality of writing:
There is a number of writing samples in the corresponding section of the website, but it is hard to make a unified conclusion based on them, because they belong to different spheres of knowledge and, therefore, are written by different people. It takes its toll: some of them are well-organized and informative, others are extremely vapid and watery, and some are outright ridiculous. But most of the texts are at least satisfactory or better.
- No direct communication with the writer – only via the support;
- No refunds;
- Free revisions within 3 months after completion date;
- Discounts for orders over 50 pages and during slow season (July-September).
BuyCoursework is a combination of poorly designed website that pays a lot more attention to graphics than to actual usefulness, awkward customer support, absence of order form, average to low prices and (according to samples) texts of rather random quality levels. It’s your call whether you want to use it or not.
