Mostly the website is nicely designed and easy to use. It has, of course, its share of filler text and inane self-praises, but they are mostly separated from the information aimed at the human visitor. You can easily access the table of prices and price calculator – the latter is, however, designed a little bit weirdly, the sum total appears in the upper right corner of the page, and is not seen while you type in the information about your order – one can hardly expect it, and it is easy to miss it altogether.
The pricing policy of BrilliantEssays is rather simple – the only factors they take into account are quality (which can be either Standard or Premium, with the latter being a little bit costlier) and deadline (the more urgent, the higher the price). Although the changes are visible, they are not dramatic – price per page varies from $12.99 to $22.99, which is a rather modest range by the industry’s standard. It is price range for essay writing, but other kinds of assignment cost almost the same.
There is a button on a side panel stating that the site has live chat support, but it is either not functional at the moment, or not functional at all, because every time I visited the site it redirected me to a query form saying that my message will be sent to the service’s e-mail. Or you can write directly to this e-mail – either way, they get back to you, usually in about an hour or two. The answers are somewhat curt, but informative enough, there is no need to ask again.
Quality of writing:
Unfortunately, the site doesn’t offer any samples of its work, and I wasn’t able to form an opinion on real capabilities of its writers.
- Originality report is available for a small fee;
- Free citations and bibliography page;
- For additional fee an editor will proofread your paper;
- Unlimited free revisions;
- You can get a full refund if you are dissatisfied with the paper;
- You can communicate with the writer only via the customer support;
- You can choose between UK and US writing styles.
The first impression is favourable: appealing prices, rather well thought-out design, not very much distracting elements and filler text and so on. Customer support is the weakest point – the site states that it is available round the clock as an online chat, but so far I was only able to communicate them via e-mail, which is much less quick than one would want. All in all, it can be recommended to those who don’t mind waiting a little bit.
