I highly recommend this site to everyone! I needed to order a 20-pages urgent paper and I worried about paying such a big sum to the service I have never used before. So, I called them to learn more about the services and possibilities and you know what - I liked it. The support was nice and convincing, so I placed my order. The writer has contacted me after half an hour saying that he was working on the paper and asking for some minor clarifications. Every time I needed to ask something I got the prompt response. I got my paper written at high level and in time and no revisions were needed. Appreciated for real!

Amazingly quick and efficient!

The paper was written by a non English speaking native. The word order was awkward and bewildering at times. Needed masters level but it would not have passed undergrad. APA format was incorrect and several references were unusable. The paper isn't even good good enough to use as a guide and rewrite. The communication regarding order was good but the paper sucked. 150.00 wasted.

the worst experience and i have been waiting for a refund since april. I paid over 300 for the worst paper and received a "F" they give you excuse after excuse telling you what you want to hear.
I have been hearing I will received my refund at the end of the week since April!

Horrible experience, since the beggining the writer #78761879 didn't follow or read simple instructions, making huge mistakes putting less sources than required, submitting the paper without even noticed that he didn't change his previous mistakes (grammar). I've got 69/100 (D), a total Mess! Didn't follow any single request....but in other orders with different writers, my experience was a little bit better. Since I put my order on May 22, 2012, and after 5 times requesting to make it right, today June 13, 2012, a new writer was asigned to my order...I hope that this time will works for better!

Manager contacted me in advance and provided with suggested writers. They say that all the staff is pros with a huge experience, but I was assigned to a writer who edited the paper three times. Just ask a chosen writer if he has enough experience in a needed area. In general, the paper was not bad, and I'm quite satisfied.

The worst company with the worst customer service. The paper was not what I wanted, did not follow my instructions and no one would talk to me. If there was a way to personally visit the office and demand my promised refund, I would!!!!!! Do not ever use this service. It is true, you get what you pay for...this was a horrific experience. After getting a failing grade because I could not submit what they gave me, I have since done everything MYSELF and I have a perfect A.
